Our Cross to Bear:
Pulling Thread




Pulling Threads is an embroidery plan for a larger piece based on the zine and attempts to show the wider story of the family from the zine. The plan is shown by a large watercolour image of what the fi nal piece could be. The narrative is separated in an arched design in the style of an altar frontal to continue the religious symbolism of the cross.
